Three Brothers International, Inc. is a privately held, immigrant owned corporation specializing in pizza and Italian-American specialties served in a casual setting. During 30 years of operation, the company has grown from a single family-owned restaurant to a diverse corporation which maintains 15 unit locations (9 corporately held and 6 franchise units) throughout Maryland. In 2006, one to two new franchises will be added to the existing system with plans for 5 additional franchise units in 2007. These additions will expand operations and provide sufficient economies of scale to maximize our complete distribution capabilities, which includes a flexible warehouse facility, a full service bakery, an Italian water ice (a dessert) production facility and a complete distribution network. Three Brothers currently employs more than 350 employees system wide.
Peter J. Repole - President and CEO
Peter Repole directs all aspects of corporate and franchise development. He uses the experience gained from 25 years working in all aspects of the restaurant industry to lead the management team. Daily operations, expansion planning, new unit construction, new product and menu development, unit management coaching and mentorship are all performed directly by Peter. As with all of the founders of Three Brothers International, Peter’s experience is real world developed in real time and is invaluable in keeping the corporation profitable and efficiently run.
Mario Repole - President of Distribution and Purchasing
Mario Repole oversees operations of the various support functions of the corporation. These include the bakery, ice and warehouse facilities and the distribution network. All of these fall under the division heading of Italian Kitchen. He has over 38 years of industry experience working in all aspects of restaurant operations, distribution and purchasing.
Michael Repole - President of Operations and Product Development
Michael Repole, the oldest of the company founders, has over 40 years of experience in restaurant operations. The majority of his experience is in the area of pizzeria management and Italian specialties menu development.
Ravi Repole - Director – Corporate/Franchise Staff Training Division
Ravi Repole has 16 years of experience in the restaurant industry and acts as training lead for all unit managers and staff. Between the opening efforts of new locations, he acts as General Manager of the corporate unit in Bowie, Maryland.
Gregg Repole - Director – Management/Franchise Training
Gregg Repole is the General Manager of the corporate unit in Columbia, Maryland. Under his leadership, with his 14 years of experience, this restaurant serves as the standard by which all new construction and renovations are measured.
Melissa Repole - Director – Catering Division
Melissa Repole coordinates all aspects of the extensive catering operations across the entire Three Brothers system. She has worked in all areas of the company in her 7 years of experience with Three Brothers. Melissa provides cashier and counter training during new unit start-up.
